Thank you for shopping with us! We accept return requests for items that are unopened and unused with the original tags still intact. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item. The product(s) must be in their original packaging (if applicable) and in the same condition it was received.
- The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Please include your invoice or proof of purchase with returned product(s).
- You may use the box in which your product was shipped or any certified shipping box issued by your shipper of choice. Please choose any appropriate shipping service (USPS, UPS, FedEx). *Generally, USPS offers better rates and is easily accessible.
- Once we receive your returned product(s), our team will inspect it and review your request.
- You will receive a confirmation email when we’ve obtained your item and are processing your request.
- Once your request has been processed, our team will follow up with another email to let you know if your return was approved.
- If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment. Depending on your method of banking, it will likely take a minimum of 3-5 days to process your refund.
